Wedding Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 16 ounces [Sour?] Cream
- 3 pack. Orange Jello
- ½ of 10 1/2 oz. bag mini Marshmallows
- 8 ounces [canned?] Crushed Pineapple, drained
- Can Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 6 oz. Can Froz. Orange J. Concentrate
Method
- Combine Cool whip & Sour Cream to smooth.
- Stir in Gelatin until well mixed;
- Blend in Marshmallows,
- add Pineapple, + Mandarin Oranges.
- Store gently until well combered.
- Add 4 oz. orange juice
- Refrigerate few hours or over night
- Test for consistency. If too, thick add some mandarin orange juice.
- Save some orange pieces to [make it] look nice.
