Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, at room temperature
  • ⅔ sugar, added gradually
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Before you start to mix cookies, turn oven switch on and set temperature to 375°.
  2. Beat egg whites, at room temperature, until they hold up in peaks.
  3. Add sugar gradually.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Beat until mixture is very stiff.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. After mixing meringue cookies, drop...
  8. Drop by teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Put pan in oven and close door.
  10. Turn switch to off.
  11. Leave in oven overnight.
