Potato Pancakes

Oven 300° · 150 °C

Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes, medium
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 Tblsp. Cream
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoons oil or bacon fat

Method

  1. Wash & Grate Potatoes, place in double thickness P. towel dry paper towel
  2. clump in bowl - & add flour, cream, egg, salt & toss to mix
  3. heat oil in skillet
  4. & 2 Tsp. of potato mix in pan
  5. Press & shape to 3½" cakes, & clotd pan full - cook 5 min & turn - & cook 5 min.
  6. & put pan 300° keep warm foll done & serve
