- tortilla chips
- ¾ cup Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Put chips on plate, sprinkle with cheese.
- Microwave at 50% medium for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is soft.
- If not a carousel microwave, rotate the plate during heating.
