Mashed Potato Shaped Like Bells

Ingredients
- mealy potatoes
- salted water
- salt, pepper and butter
- milk, enough to mold easily
- beet, cut into a ring for a handle
- beet, cut into small squares for decoration
- parsley, for garnish
Method
- Boil mealy potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Pour off the water and shake until dry.
- Mash and season with salt, pepper, and butter, and milk enough to mold easily.
- Mold in bell shape, using a ring of beet for a handle and little squares of beet for decoration.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
