Lazy Lasagna

Oven 350° · 175 °C1 hr., last 10 min. uncovered

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds hamburger
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, not cooked
  • 1 small cottage cheese (15 ounce) or ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Brown hamburger & drain, add Sp. Sauce cook together few min.
  2. In 9x13 layer greased pan, layer 1/2 sauce & meat mix then broken noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese - & other 1/2 meat mix, sprinkle liberally Parmesan Cheese.
  3. Cover foil & bake 1 hr. 350° & last 10 uncovered.
  4. And let set 5-10 min before Sewing.
