Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, grated
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Dressing
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 2 cups sugar

Method

Dressing

  1. Boil 1 minute.
  2. Cool to lukewarm.
  3. Mix all and put in containers.

Can be frozen (rest of note illegible).
