Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
- vanilla ice cream (recipe), partially frozen
- 6 banana, pared, halved lengthwise, seeded
- 1 lemon juice
- powdered sugar, to taste
Method
- Prepare the recipe for vanilla ice cream and partially freeze.
- Pare six large sound bananas, cut in half lengthwise, and remove the dark center part containing the seeds.
- Mash the remainder through a fine sieve.
- Mix with the juice of one lemon to keep it from discoloring.
- Sweeten with powdered sugar.
- Stir into the partially frozen ice cream and finish freezing.
