Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup oleo
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- walnuts
Method
- Mix the bananas, oleo, sugar, salt, and vanilla together.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Ice with thin icing when cake is warm.
- Use bananas which are very ripe.
- Add sugar to bananas and let set, then when sugar draws juice from bananas...
